The HHFIH series LED display panel is constructed from precision die-casting aluminum and features a 16:9 aspect ratio with a compact panel size of 600 × 337.5mm. Its lightweight yet robust structure ensures excellent durability, long-term reliability, and stable performance.
The integrated inner locking system enables fast, seamless panel assembly, making it easy to build large LED video walls with precise alignment. Weighing only approximately 340kg for the complete 8 × 8 LED wall, the lightweight design significantly reduces structural load requirements for suspended installations.
The professional rigging system provides a safe, stable, and uniform hanging solution. Each LED panel is securely attached to the hanging bar using dedicated locking mechanisms and mounting plates, ensuring maximum installation safety and structural integrity. The main power and signal connections are integrated into the hanging bar and routed directly to the top row of LED panels, eliminating exposed cabling and leaving the rear side clean for branding, printed graphics, or other decorative elements. Optional side bezels further enhance the display with a sleek, finished appearance.
Designed with an impact-resistant COB surface and magnetic front access, the display allows quick and convenient maintenance without accessing the rear.
