Featuring a robust aluminum enclosure, an advanced thermal management system, and a high-contrast COB LED display, the digital signage is built to withstand extreme temperatures, rain, and direct sunlight without fading or overheating. Moreover, it delivers stunning image quality and exceptional clarity at close viewing distances. As a result, it is well suited for transit hubs, civic spaces, shopping districts, sidewalks, and other public environments.
Clear Image within close view distance
The standard signage dimensions are 1,140×2,200×150 mm, with an active display area of 1,012.5×1,800 mm. The LED screen consists of nine die-cast aluminum panels arranged in a 3×3 configuration to create a seamless display. With a fine pixel pitch of 1.25 mm and a resolution of 810×1,440 pixels, the display provides sharp, detailed images with an optimal viewing distance of just 1.2 meters.
Flip-chip COB technology
At the heart of the display is a P1.2 flip-chip COB LED screen. Large LED chips generate higher brightness, while transparent encapsulation enhances light transmission and protects the LEDs from scratches, moisture, and environmental damage. Consequently, the display achieves brightness levels of up to 3,500 nits without compromising energy efficiency or LED lifespan. Furthermore, ultra-black filling material significantly improves contrast, ensuring excellent visibility even in direct sunlight through the tempered glass cover.
Aesthetic Enclosure with glass
The enclosure combines aesthetics with functionality. It consists of an upper display section and a lower plinth for installation. The plinth can be customized to suit project requirements and provides a stable mounting structure. In addition, the enclosure protects the display from weather exposure, vandalism, and accidental impact. A tempered glass front panel and IP65-rated protection ensure reliable long-term outdoor operation.
Good Thermal Control
To maintain stable performance, the HHFID Series incorporates an efficient thermal control system. The LED display itself consumes less power and generates less heat, while thermal adhesive and thermal paste accelerate heat transfer. In addition, six integrated cooling fans rapidly dissipate heat from the enclosure, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding outdoor conditions.
