Front and Rear Access
The LED module is both front and back access through a lock mechanism, not a magnetic system or a system with front screws. Therefore, the front and rear service capability allows for space-saving installation and easy maintenance.
Custom Cabinet
The cabinet is custom according to the project requirement and LED module size. For example, 96x96cm and 100x100cm are the regular sizes. It can also be 128x128cm. The thickness is custom as well, from 12 to 20cm. The material is iron or aluminum sheet. Because of the bulky cabinet, the energy-efficient solution makes it possible to achieve lower energy and high brightness coexist.
Space-saving & Easy Maintenance
It is screw-less to maintain the screen, only with a custom tool. First, insert it into the LED module. Then turn right to loosen the LED module and tear it down. Next, we can detach the inner components out. Similarly, assemble the LED modules on the cabinet with the tool. Both front and rear access is quick and convenient.
Clear Picture
HHTO series has high brightness and high contrast. So, it is clear to watch regardless of the surrounding weather and lighting. The refresh rate is more than 1920HZ, hence no flicker. The LED screen also has good uniformity and a wide color gamut to reproduce vivid images without distortion or interruption.
Durable in harsh Environment
The screen is waterproof IP65, that is to say, it is protected against water jets from any angle. The screen has been tested for extreme temperature, anti-corrosion, fireproof, UV-proof, moisture-proof. The brightness declines slowly so that the screen keeps uniformity and non-deformation. However, you need to turn off the screen in extreme weather conditions.
Safe and Stable Operation
Generally, outdoor LED billboards are in the far distance. Therefore, the remote control is vital. For example, detect and notify the fault, changes brightness automatically according to the environment, and turn on/off the LED screen schedule.
