2K LED video wall 81″is P0.9 COB LED display, 3×3 LED panels
2K LED video wall has a pixel resolution of 1920×1080. And P0.9 LED display has a high pixel density. So, it is easy to get an 2K video wall using P0.9 LED display.
The pixel pitch is 0.9mm. That is to say, there are 1,137.777 dots one square meter. If we use it to build an 2K video wall, the size is only 81″, 1.2mx1.0125m. There are a total of 3×3=9pcs LED panels. Because it is scalable and custom, you can build an 4K video wall similarly. As a result, it has 36pcs LED panels, 162′, 2.4mx2.205m.
Most important, it is seamless. Whether you mount the screen on the wall, suspended installation, or all-in-one screen, it is easy to assemble and use.
16:9 LED panel, 600×337.5mm
In order to enjoy the existing content without additional editing, the LED panel’s aspect ratio is 16:9, the same as FHD or UHD videos and graphics. The size is 600×337.5mm, 27″ and it is our HHFI series. And one panel of P0.9 LED screen has a resolution of 640×360.
It is also lightweight and thin, handy for quick installation and assembly. Moreover, the die-casting aluminum cabinet is precise. As well as the accurate locking system, you can splice a seamless and uniform screen without effort.
COB LED display for 2K LED Video Wall
COB LED display uses COB technology, defining the abbreviation of Chip On Board. Then, it is easy to get a fine pixel pitch. Till now, we can have P0.6, P0.9, P1.2, and P1.5 for indoor LED video wall solutions. The smaller pixel pitch, the smaller size of 2K resolution. For example, 2K LED video wall of P0.9 LED screen is 81″ while P1.2 LED screen is 108″. P1.5 LED screen of 2K resolution should be 135″.
Easy Maintenance LED Video Wall
The design is tidy and neat in mechanism. It saves time to use the video wall. There is no cable connection between each LED panels, instead of power and signal pin heads for convenient connection. The display unit for easy maintenance is LED module. It has front access with magnets. If there is any problem, you can detach it from the LED video wall with vacuum suction. Then, replace the new LED module. It is also wireless connecting with the control board inside the panel for signal and power.

Chip on board (COB) technology is a method of directly mounting red, green, and blue chips onto a printed circuit board (PCB). As well as flip chip technology, cathodic technology, we can have high definition, higher brightness, wide view angle, and less power consumption. Furthermore, the screen can be water-resistant, anti-static, anti-scratch, anti-salt, and dust-proof. You can use it in diverse indoor environment.
Recently, we have use it for all-in-one screen in 54″, 81″, 108″, and 135″. You can use it to replace LCD monitors in some special indoor environment for seamless benefit.
